Please read the following carefully and be prepared to complete the process in one sitting.

1. KSU Email Address. Hint: For most students, you will use your @ksu.edu address (try that first), not the @k-state.edu version. There are some exceptions for students with dual degrees/etc.

2. You will be required to enter the phonetic spelling of your name and to speak your name. Please use a device with a working microphone.

3. To receive photo proofs from this event, provide a waist-length or head & shoulders portrait of yourself appearing similarly to how you will be on graduation day. Cap and gown photo encouraged. The image should be PNG or JPG, vertical, good resolution 400x600px or larger, preferably color. Non-copyrighted images and nice Selfies are acceptable.
